Hi, I’m Zoe
I’m Sueun, but everyone calls me Zoe. I’m a developer in Japan, working on the tools and workflows other engineers build with.

I started out writing frontend code and picked up SRE work along the way. The overlap turned out to be my favorite part: a slow page, a noisy alert, and a deploy nobody trusts are usually the same problem wearing different clothes.
This blog is where I think out loud about that work: Next.js on one end, Python and cloud plumbing on the other, CI pipelines holding the two together, and the occasional bug that took three days and one line to fix.

Everything here describes things I actually did. The sessions, the bugs, the numbers, and the screenshots are mine.
Some posts are working notes, written mainly so I would not forget how something worked. I use AI to help draft those from my own notes and session logs. I write the longer posts and evaluations myself, taking the time to work through what happened and what I think about it.
I review every post before publishing. If I’ve gotten something wrong, I’d like to hear about it.
